Endpower is an enzyme preparation obtained by fermentation of the non-GMO aspergillus strain in mixed solid state with β-gluconase, xylanase, galactomannan, α-galactosidase, phytase, amylase, protease, etc produced during the fermentation process. Due to their different structures, these enzymes co-work at their respective action site for enzymatic hydrolysis of substrate. Through the synergistic effect of enzyme system, the enzyme is more efficient with higher glucose released.
